How good are Wahl Pro Series Dog Clipper? Anyone tried them?
Hi,
I want to buy some cheap but good dog clippers and i was wondering how good the Wahl Pro Series ones were? I have a small Shih tzu and i just want it to be easy to clip her as her hair grows very fast.
Does anyone know where the best place on the net is to get clippers?

I had this same problem last week! I have a little mixed breed long haired pooch and was sick of spending money on each cut.
I bought Wahl Pro series dog clippers from the pets at home website for £50.00 and was really surprised at how good they really are.
You get a good dvd with tips of clipping different areas etc and a little guide with pictures demonstrating tricky areas on the actual package of the box the clippers come in. You also get everything you really need i.e clipper oil.
They are also wireless which is great if you haven't used clippers before as you get the freedom of moving about or (like i did) clipping the dog outside making less mess on your carpet etc.
The only thing i would suggest is that you purchase a cooler for the clipper blades as they can get hot and the last thing you want to do is burn your dog making the first experience of being clipped by you a bad one.
