Which are the factors that determine bluetooth compatibility of headset to mobile?

I want to buy bluetooth headset for Fly-Hummer- HT1 model. The Fly company not producing Bluetooth headset. So the alternative is to buy some other companys which is avaible in the market. So I want to know to check compatibility of Bluetooth Headset.

To be honest, I have no idea what a Fly-Hummer is.
